Inner and Outer Envelopes
Depending on the Lindsay Brooke invitation you choose, your invitation may or may not include an inner envelope. Many contemporary invitations do not include an inner envelope but rather just an outer envelope. Your chosen invitation ensemble will include all necessary envelopes but if having both outer and inner envelopes is critical for you, please be sure to select an invitation that uses both. Wedding Invitation
The wedding invitation communicates the information your guests will need to know to attend your wedding and reception – date, time and location. Each handcrafted invitation will also allow you to share your anticipation with family and friends and provide your guests with a beautiful image of the two of you to frame and cherish.

Response Card
Matching response cards allow your guests to easily reply to your invitation and are critical in planning your wedding reception. There are different styles of RSVP cards as well as variations on the wording. However, all response cards (with the exception of the response postcard) are to be accompanied by an addressed, pre-stamped envelope. Additionally, an email response capability can be added to your wedding website.

Menu Card
If you will be having a dinner reception, you may need menu cards that will allow your guests to choose from several different entrée options.

Reception Card
Depending on the location of your reception, you may or may not need a reception card. If the reception will be held at the same location as the ceremony, you may choose to simply include an additional line on your invitation inviting your guests to the reception that follows the ceremony. When the reception is to be held at a different location than the ceremony, you will want to provide the location and time on a separate card that matches and accompanies your invitation. The reception card also provides further information as to the type of event you are hosting.

Direction Card
Including a map or direction card for the locations of your wedding ceremony and reception will be appreciated by many of your guests.

Accommodation Card
Guests that are traveling to your wedding will be pleased if you include an accommodation card that suggests local hotels and prices, phone numbers, websites and room blocks, if available. If yours is a destination wedding, then it is also helpful to include local sights and activities for guests that will be staying more than a day or two. In order to achieve a unified wedding ensemble, your direction and accommodation cards should be printed along with your wedding stationary.

Save the Date Cards
It is not necessary to send Save the Date cards to everyone you will be inviting to the wedding. However, many brides are doing so to generate excitement for the event and increase the likelihood that guests will reserve the date and be free to attend. For those guests traveling to your wedding, Save the Date cards should be mailed out five months in advance and even sooner if your event will be taking place at a popular vacation spot or if it will occur during a peak travel or holiday season.

Programs
Wedding Programs not only enlighten your guests as to what will happen during your wedding ceremony, but they also serve as a lovely keepsake. The cover of your Lindsay Brooke Wedding Program can be printed ahead with your wedding stationary and the program details can be added to the inside at a later date, when all information is ready. Thank You Cards and Note Cards
Lindsay Brooke Thank You cards are a beautiful reminder of a cherished day and perhaps the first introduction of your life as husband and wife to many family members and friends. Most Lindsay Brooke ensembles include Thank You cards that are printed with the wedding package. Note cards for later use are a charming option as well.
